1. What types of furniture do you supply?
We offer all kinds of loose furniture elements from over 200 suppliers. These include movable, non-fixed pieces specifically curated or designed for spaces by interior designers. Our broad range covers everything from sofas and beds to lampshades, lighting fixtures andstyling accessories.
2. Can you source custom or bespoke furniture?
We mainly focus on supplying designers’ loose furniture pieces, but we have a strong network in the industry and long-standing experience working with bespoke suppliers. Thanks to these relationships, we sometimes make exceptions to help clients find unique, must-have pieces. If you’ve got something special in mind, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
3. Do you handle delivery and installation?
Yes, we provide end-to-end solutions, including sourcing, logistics, delivery and installation for all loose furniture. Our team ensures all items are installed according to the project’s design and quality standards.
4. At what stage of my project should I hire you?
Well,that depends on the service you’re interested in and the complexity of your project.If we’re supporting with project management, we’re generally hired eitherbefore or alongside the interior design team.
If the project only requires us to supply FF&E elements, the latest we should be contacted is when there’s a d design in place.
In both cases, the sooner you contact us the better. Having more time upfront allows us to collaborate closely with the FF&E interior design team, to create schedules based on product lead times and to gather prices for early budget planning.
5. How do you coordinate with other contractors or design teams?
We work closely with architects, interior designers and contractors from the planning stage to ensure everything aligns with the overall design vision. We approach every project with an open communication style, scheduling regular updates to keep all parties on the same page throughout the project lifecycle.

Value engineering is a method we use to optimise design processes and materials, improving functionality and cutting costs without sacrificing guest experience or style. 7. How does your process work when suggesting alternative suppliers?
We work on the premise of product independence, meaning we don’t favour any one vendor, supplier or manufacturer. By carefully considering your project specifications,we simply choose the best supplier for the job. Our holistic approach takes into account any budgetary or timeline requirements.
8. Can you manage intrnational projects?
Yes, we have extensive experience managing international projects. We handle logistics, customs and coordination with local contractors to ensure smooth project execution, no matter where your development is located.
